Our hotel bar offers a fine selection of refreshing aperitifs, masterfully created cocktails, high-quality distillates, South Tyrolean and international wines, coffee and tea specialities, and much more.

Our bistro is an à la carte restaurant and offers light Mediterranean dishes and snacks as well as homemade cakes and ice cream at lunchtime and in the afternoon.

All indicated prices include the BalanceCUISINE gourmet half board with a rich breakfast buffet and a six-course gourmet menu in the evening. Guests have breakfast and dinner in our restaurant.

Your booking is considered binding as soon as we receive written confirmation of your reservation.

The following cancellation conditions apply if you are unable to commence your stay at the Quellenhof See Lodge:

• For cancellations up to 4 weeks prior to arrival, we charge a handling fee of 50 euros per booked room.
• For cancellations up to eleven days before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations between ten days and one day before arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed price of the stay.
• In case of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked price of the stay.

… in the suites and villas

For the exclusive suites and villas, the following cancellation conditions apply if you are unable to commence your stay:

• For cancellations up to 4 months prior to arrival, we charge a handling fee of 50 euros per booked suite/villa.
• For cancellations up to two months before arrival, we charge 40% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations between two months and four weeks before arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations between four weeks and ten days before arrival, we charge 70% of the agreed price of the stay.
• For cancellations between ten days and one day before arrival, we charge 80% of the agreed price of the stay.
• In case of a no-show or early departure, we charge 100% of the booked price of the stay.

Please note that our cancellation policy depends on the possibility of reallocating the cancelled rooms either in whole or in part. To be considered valid, cancellations must be submitted in writing. 

The deposit already paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher, in accordance with the cancellation conditions. No other form of refund is possible.

On the day of arrival, your suite will be ready for you from 3 p.m. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the suite or villa by 11 a.m. Late check-outs for the suite or villa are possible until 6 p.m., depending on availability. The fee for late checkout is 50% of the room rate. Additionally, a late check-out option for the wellness and spa area is available for €50.00 per room from noon onwards.

Guests aged 14 and over are very welcome at the Quellenhof See Lodge. Please refer to our price list for prices for young guests.

When booking online, the age-dependent prices for teens are calculated automatically.

The hotel bill is settled at check-out. For the exclusive suites and Lake Villas, group trips, and special arrangements, a deposit amounting to 40% of the total cost is required at booking.

The deposit already paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher, in accordance with the cancellation conditions. No other form of refund is possible.

Travelling with your furry best friend? Your faithful four-legged companion is very welcome here. We charge €25.00 per day (excluding food) per pet.

Please note that dogs are not allowed to enter the wellness areas and most dining areas. If you would like to bring your dog with you at mealtimes, please let us know in advance.

If you want to relax in our dog-free wellness areas during your stay, our dog sitters will be happy to look after your pet. We charge €15.00 per hour for dog sitting.

We kindly request that guests wear elegant attire to the dinner.

At our resort, multiple charging stations (Mennekes) are available to our guests with electric vehicles. These services are available for a fee.

If you want a new hair style while on holiday, you don’t have to leave the resort. Treat yourself to a new look or hairstyling at Quellenhof Spa’s own hair salon at the Quellenhof main resort.

A stay in our luxury resort is filled with pampering inclusive services. We are happy to list them clearly for you.

In addition to the price of the stay, a local tax of €3.30 per person per night will be charged.

The surcharge for New Year's Eve (aperitif reception, festive gala menu, fireworks, midnight buffet, live music and brunch on New Year's Day) amounts to 180 Euro per adult. 
Participation at the New Year's Celebration is compulsory.

You can park your car free of charge in our car park or in our underground car park.

We accept EC debit cards, Visa, and MasterCard. You are also welcome to pay your room bill by bank transfer in advance. Please note, however, that the transfer must have arrived in our account by the day of your departure (processing time: three days).

The current pricing structure replaces all prior price lists. If there’s a discrepancy between the prices in your booking confirmation and this list, the prices and terms outlined in the website’s price list will prevail.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific suite number or floor at booking. However, we do our best to accommodate your preferences, including table reservations in our restaurant.

Information regarding the pricing for a suite with single occupancy can be provided upon request.

All guests of the Quellenhof See Lodge are welcome to use the numerous wellness, family, entertainment, and sports facilities (pools, saunas, relaxation areas, etc.) and the tennis court of the Alpenschlössel. Here we have listed the opening hours of our various spa areas for you:

• Guesthouse F – Rooftop Spa, exclusively for adults from 16 years, with dress-on and nude areas:
  Pool and sauna from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. daily
• Guesthouse V – Vital Spa, exclusively for adults from 14 years (sauna from 16 years), the area around the Lake Event Sauna is a nude area:
  Pools from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  Sports Pool from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  Saunas from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in summer and from 12 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in winter

Useful information: The dress-on sauna at the indoor pool area of the Vital Spa is open from 8 a.m.

• Guesthouse P – Family Spa, for families with children from 6 years. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a parent. The sauna area can be used in swimwear. We ask that it be considered a place of tranquillity.

  Saunas from 2 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in summer and from 1 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in winter
  Acqua Family Parc from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Yoga room on the rooftop of the See Lodge, which can be transformed into a private cinema on request
• BalanceSPORT programme: range of options from yoga to personal training
• Varied outdoor and activity programme with horse riding, golf, and tennis, as well as canyoning, quad tours, and more

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in the event of a cancellation. It covers cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness, or death of the insured persons, as well as their children, parents, and grandparents. A medical certificate must be enclosed with the written cancellation by e-mail. The costs of the travel cancellation insurance must always be paid, even in the event of cancellation earlier than four weeks. The insurance must be taken out immediately with the room booking.

The Travel Cancellation Insurance covers all cancellation costs in the event of an accident, illness or death of the insured person, his or her children, parents or grandparents. (Of course we need a written confirmation). The insurance must be taken out through HOGAST

Look forward to an 800m² spa area for your well-being, along with South Tyrol’s largest pool (the 4,500m² bathing lake with a diameter of 105 metres), an indoor pool and outdoor infinity pool, a sauna area with Finnish sauna, steam bath, and bio sanarium, as well as cold water pools. In addition, five treatment rooms, four massage and beauty rooms, and a private spa suite await you.
